heavenly marble extension for shoes in Harrods

This extension to Harrods Shoe Heaven continues the themes of the department which originally  opened in 2014 with 42000 square feet of space dedicated to shoes.  It is also a continuation of stoneCIRCLE’s work on the refurbishment of this prestigious retail store.  The company was commissioned by Jaysam for this phase of the ongoing project.  All fabrication was carried out in the Basingstoke workshop.

Vein cut Silver Travertine used as wall cladding

Crema Martel was used on the floors with Grigio Stardust inlaid in interlocking geometric patterns with Nero Marquina borders.  The floor joints are resin filled and the whole floor was ground to a honed finished after installation.

The walls are clad with vein-cut Silver Travertine tiles, and fitted with Nero Marquina plinths. The columns are also clad with Silver Travertine and finished with delicate Nero Marquina detailing to match the existing ones in the original department.
