marble showers and wet rooms

Wet rooms and walk in showers are becoming more and more popular with the advent of modern waterproofing techniques, and natural stone is the perfect material to use for both practicality and looks.

We can fabricate limestone and marble shower trays to your dimensions, which can be set into the floor with tiles in the same stone around, or the whole floor including the shower area can be tiled in the same stone.

For the ultimate in luxury, use book-matched marble cladding on the walls, and continue across the floor including the shower area.

You can pick from the large range of granite, quartz and sintered stone that we have available, many of them in stock at our Basingstoke factory and rest assured that you are dealing with a company that has over 55 years’ experience in the business, supplying and installing stone bathrooms for everyone from individual property owners and interior designers to luxury hotels.

which material?

  • Marble is the classic choice for wet rooms and showers with a wide range of different colours and styles available, and limestone and travertine are often also used.

  • Composite stone is an alternative for those that don’t like the variation that natural stone is subject to. We are approved fabricators for all the major brands of quartz, such as Silestone, Caesarstone, CRL and Q-Stone.  We are also approved fabricators for Dekton and Lapitec.  These sintered stone slabs are made using the latest technique which involves subjecting materials found in natural stone and porcelain to extremely high heat and pressure so that they meld together without the use of binders and are becoming more popular in wet rooms
